Our support packages come in 3 packages:-

Our Unmanaged level of support gives clients the following features:-
  • Office hours support via landline, ticketing system & / or email

  • If you need to get in contact with us with a support issue then the preferred method of contact is via our support system. You may also wish to email us or actually speak to someone. Note this level of support is for hardware and network issues only.

  • Network monitoring

  • Network Monitoring covers all the hardware between your server and the main data feed out of from the datacentre. So we monitor the firewalls, routers, switches etc

  • Server hardware monitoring

  • Server hardware monitoring includes the monitoring and pro active alerts of any hardware malfunctioning in your server

  • Unlimited IP Addresses

  • Free unlimited IP addresses per server assuming you can justify their useage

  • 24/7 monitoring

  • As well as our own internal monitoring you can set up your own monitoring via our support panel and configure email and SMS alerts if there are any problems.

  • Server Reboots

  • Free server reboots via our control panel

Our OS Patches level of support gives clients the following features:-
  • Everything in the Unmanged Level

  • Operating System Patches and Security Updates

  • We will update your server with any OS updates and patches when released.

Our Premium level of support gives clients the following features:-
  • Everything in the Unmanged Level

  • Everything in the OS Patches level

  • Initial lock down and security management

  • We will 'harden' your server so that only those permissions that are needed are set and only those ports that are needed are opened. We will setup the required users amd assign secure passwords to them and also disable the default accounts.

  • Initial server setup and configuration

  • Once we have secured the server we will proceed to install a set list of software as agreed at the time of server purchase. Examples would be installing ColdFusion, a database (SQL Server 2005/8 or MySQL), webserver (IIS or Apache), FTP Server, Control panel, Email server etc etc

    Enter the list of software you want installing at the point of signup and then we will raise a ticket asking for any license keys required
  • Installed software support and Configuration

  • Throughout the lifetime of your server with us we will configure and support the software installed above

  • Full server Backup

  • Free backup space - so you can sleep at night! Your whole server is backed up and kept for a minimum of 7 days.

  • Backup management (configuration, checking, restoring)

  • We will managed and configure the backups for you. Be it database backups, web templates or documents.

  • 24/7 support - also included are skype, msn & mobile phone contact details

  • As well as our support contact options listed previously we will give you our skype, msn and emergency mobile contact details .

  • Removal of unused or un-needed services and software

  • If your not using a service or peice of software anymore then let us know and we'll uninstall it and / or stop that service for you.
